INTERIOR TIPS
- All overhead lights and lamps have working bulbs
- Remove remotes
- Remove Kids toys / Pet beds / Pet food dishes / Kennels
- Remove shoes and coats off hooks
- Turn fans off Remove countertop appliances (coffee maker, toaster)
- Remove magnets from fridge
- Remove highchairs and booster seats
- Remove garbage and recycling cans
- Remove tissue boxes
- Fill toilet paper rolls
- Make sure towels are folded and hung up
- Any prescription medication (lock up, take with you)

EXTERIOR TIPS
- Agents will miss showing appointments without calling
- Appointments will be made and cancelled at the last minute
- Some showings will last all of 5 minutes and some showings will last 3 hours
- Agents will knock on your door or drive by, if they ask to see your home, call me
- The closing date will change, its a guesstimate and subject to many variables
